Eligibility Criteria

Essential Qualification:

M.Sc. in Chemistry from a recognized university/institute.

Desirable Qualification:

Candidates with NET (CSIR-UGC, GATE, ICMR, DBT, DST) will receive a higher stipend.
No experience is mandatory, but experience in relevant project work may be an added advantage.

Age Limit:

Maximum 35 years as on 26/01/2026.
Age relaxation as per Govt. norms for reserved categories.

Salary Details

With National Eligibility Test (NET/GATE): ₹31,000/- + HRA
Without NET/GATE: ₹25,000/- + HRA

Selection Process

Shortlisted candidates will be informed about the Online Interview through MS Teams/Skype.
The interview schedule will be posted on the official NEERI website.
No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
