The National Environmental Engineering Research Institute (CSIR NEERI), a constituent of the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR), has announced a recruitment drive for the position of Project Associate-I under the project titled “Integrated bio based solutions to uplift multilayer plastic material (BIOLIFT)”. Eligibility Criteria

Essential Qualification:

M.Sc. or Integrated Master’s degree in Microbiology, Biotechnology, or Life Sciences from a recognized university.
Degree must be supported by a provisional certificate at minimum.

Experience:

Practical exposure in survey and fieldwork.
Laboratory experience relevant to environmental and molecular biology research.
Skills in data analysis and analytical instrumentation.

Desirable:

Specific desirable skills are not explicitly listed but prior experience aligned with project goals is advantageous.

Salary Details

With National Eligibility Test (NET/GATE) or Equivalent: ₹31,000/- + HRA
Without National Level Qualification: ₹25,000/- + HRA

Maximum age: 35 years as of the last date of application.
Relaxation applicable as per Govt. of India rules for reserved categories.
