DRDO VRDE Recruitment 2026 for 10 Research Fellow Posts

Vehicle Research and Development Organization, a premier laboratory under the Defence Research and Development Organisation, has released the DRDO VRDE Recruitment 2026 notification for engagement of Research Fellows in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering disciplines. A total of 10 fellowship vacancies have been announced under this recruitment drive, including 8 posts for Mechanical Engineering and 2 posts for Electrical Engineering. These fellowships are offered on a temporary and non-permanent basis to support advanced defence research projects. The selection process will be conducted through a walk-in recruitment procedure consisting of document verification, a written examination, and a personal interview at the VRDE campus. Eligible candidates are required to complete email registration by 22 February 2026 and appear for the walk-in process as per the prescribed schedule.
