RCF Recruitment 2026 for 326 Graduate, Technician & Trade Apprentice Posts
Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited (RCF Ltd.), a Navratna Central Public Sector Enterprise, has announced recruitment for 326 Graduate, Technician and Trade Apprentice vacancies for 2026-27. The vacancies include Accounts Executive, Secretarial Assistant, Recruitment Executive, Diploma apprentices in various engineering disciplines and Trade Apprentices such as Attendant Operator, Instrument Mechanic, Laboratory Assistant, Boiler Attendant and Electrician. Candidates with Graduation, Diploma, B.Sc., 12th or relevant qualifications can apply depending on the trade. Selected apprentices will receive a monthly stipend ranging from ₹14,600 to ₹17,300. Online applications opened on September 4, 2026, and will close on September 20, 2026.

How to Apply
- Register on the applicable government apprenticeship portal before completing the RCF application.
- Trade Apprentice candidates should register on the NAPS portal, while Graduate and Technician Apprentice candidates should register on the NATS portal.
- Visit the official RCF Limited website and open the Recruitment section.
- Select “Engagement of Apprentices 2026-27” and open the online application form.
- Choose the preferred posting location between Trombay and Thal.
- Complete the application form with the required personal and academic details.
- Upload the prescribed photograph and signature.
- Review the entered information and submit the application online.
- Print or save the generated application form for document verification.
- Submit the application by September 20, 2026, before 5:00 PM.
