HEF Khadki Recruitment 2026 for 90 Apprenticeship Posts

High Explosives Factory (HEF), Khadki, Pune, a unit under the Ordnance Factory Board, Ministry of Defence, has invited applications for 90 apprenticeship positions for the 2026 batch. This includes Engineering Graduate Apprentices, Diploma Apprentices, and Non-Engineering Graduate Apprentices. The apprenticeship program is aimed at providing technical training to fresh graduates and diploma holders. Candidates who have passed their qualifying examinations within the last four years are eligible to apply. Selection will be based on a merit list followed by document verification and a medical exam. The last date to apply is 21 days from the date of publication in Employment News.

3. Attach self-attested copies of the following:
   • Final year mark sheet
   • Degree/Diploma certificate
   • Aadhar card

   • Caste/Category certificate (if applicable)
