Income Tax Pune Recruitment 2026 for 40 Tax Assistant Posts

The Principal Chief Commissioner of Income-Tax (Pr.CCIT), Pune Region has released the Sports Quota Recruitment 2026 notification for 40 Tax Assistant vacancies for eligible meritorious sportspersons. Candidates seeking appointment as Tax Assistant should possess a Graduation degree from a recognized university and fulfil the required sports achievement criteria prescribed for the recruitment. The overall recruitment drive includes 85 vacancies for Stenographer Grade-II, Tax Assistant and Multi-Tasking Staff, with Tax Assistant accounting for 40 of the available posts. Eligible candidates can submit their applications online from 15 August 2026 through 15 September 2026.
