Indian Navy Recruitment 2026 for Agniveer (Apprentice) Engineering & Electrical Streams Posts

The Indian Navy has released the short notification for Agniveer (Apprentice) Recruitment 2026 under the Agnipath Scheme for the 01/2027 and 02/2027 batches. The recruitment is open for Engineering and Electrical stream diploma holders seeking an opportunity to serve in the Indian Navy for a four-year tenure. Candidates with Matriculation and a three-year AICTE-recognized Diploma in relevant disciplines can apply online. Selected candidates will receive an attractive annual pay package, allowances, insurance benefits, and a Seva Nidhi corpus of ₹10.04 lakh upon completion of service. The online application process commenced on 05 June 2026 and will close on 29 June 2026.

3. Log in using the generated credentials.
4. Select INET 2/2026 and choose Agniveer (Apprentice) recruitment.
5. Fill in personal, educational, and preference details carefully.
6. Upload a recent passport-size photograph taken after May 2026 and other required documents.
7. Pay the prescribed application fee through the online payment gateway.
8. Review all details before final submission.
9. Submit the application form and download the confirmation page.
10. Keep a printed copy of the submitted application for future reference.
11. Use the correction window available after the application closing date, if required.
